How it works

A straightforward process, explained from the outset.

No two claims follow exactly the same route. This overview shows the typical stages and the decisions that may arise along the way.

No Win, No Fee may be available, subject to assessment, eligibility and terms.

Your route forward

Five stages. Clear next steps.

Timescales and outcomes vary. If a matter proceeds, you should be kept informed and understand the important decisions before they are made.

  1. 01

    Tell us what happened

Share the basic circumstances by phone, email or the online enquiry form. An enquiry does not begin proceedings or confirm that the matter can be accepted.

  2. 02

    Initial assessment

The information is reviewed to understand the incident, the possible responsibility of another party, the injury and any immediate deadline concerns.

  3. 03

    Funding and onboarding

If further work may be appropriate, the available funding option, identity checks, terms and any potential deductions are explained before you decide whether to proceed.

  4. 04

    Investigation and evidence

Evidence may be gathered about responsibility, medical treatment, recovery, expenses, earnings and any future needs. The precise steps depend on the claim.

  5. 05

    Negotiation or proceedings

The matter may resolve through negotiation. Court proceedings may sometimes be required to protect a deadline or resolve a dispute, and the options would be explained to you.

Before you instruct us

Funding terms should never be a mystery.

A No Win, No Fee arrangement may be available, subject to assessment, eligibility and the terms of a written agreement.

Before you decide, the relevant charges, potential deductions, insurance arrangements and material risks should be explained. Ask questions and read the agreement carefully.
